Wow. It's been so long since I've used my account here. About 5 years, I believe. With the defunct carriren blog (that has gone through its fair share of transitions given high school drama), I think it's about time to start getting back into the groove of things, although a little more anonymously... if that's even possible given today's internet habits. I'm somehow hoping to find another piece of myself here, perhaps adding to the story that I started here at 16 years old and that I continue to write at 22. It's funny how time changes people, me included. I was going through several of my old entries and laughed (as well as gasped) at how stupid I was in high school. A lot of my old drama-laced friends have gone their various directions (from kids to college) while I'm a year away from completing my BFA in studio art.

All in all though, this should be interesting.
